Work that changes lives

VFCC is a unique, young-person-led organisation where your work directly impacts the rights and wellbeing of care experienced children and young people in Wales.

I

Young-person led

Everything we do is shaped by care experienced young people. Our Board includes young people alongside professionals, ensuring lived experience sits at the heart of every decision.

II

Real impact

From Radical Reform Summits with Welsh Ministers to direct wellbeing support, you will see the tangible difference your work makes in young people's lives every day.

III

Equality and individuality

We celebrate diversity and recognise that different backgrounds, experiences and views strengthen our work and better represent the wider care population.

IV

Professional development

We support training and development to help you grow. You will work alongside experienced professionals in advocacy, policy, and youth engagement across Wales.

V

A care family

We provide opportunities for connection, growth, and lasting friendships for our team as well as for young people. We are aspirational about what we can achieve together.

Wales-wide reach

Our team spans from Cardiff to North Wales. Whether office-based, field-based, or hybrid, you will be part of a national effort to drive change for care experienced young people.
